Transmission Swap

I have a 4.6L SOHC in my 95 bird. It currently has an AODE tranny. Any ideas what tranny will bolt up to my motor that is a lil more beefy then this one. I would like to keep it Auto. And if yall have any ideas what kind of cams i should use. Any help would be great. Also will a 5.4 cram in there?

you can put a 5.4 in there no problem you just have to take to the time and money to do it. As far as your transmission I suggest using a performance rebuild kit for it.
