Looking at 2001 4runner SR5- any advice or warnings appreciated

I'm looking to unload my wife's 2001 durango SLT (or should it be POS?). I'm looking at 2001 4Runner SR5 with 40K, Any tips or items to look out for?

Be as sure as you can about its maintenance history. Unless it's been beaten, it's a great truck.
