I'm looking for some parts for my GMC Sierra 2500. I need a bench seat, and a door latch (the one that goes around the striker to hold the door closed). Does anyone have any of these, or can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

For the bench seat, I've had good luck stoping by custom upholstrey / conversion shops. They usually have a mess of take-outs and they'll let the Bench styles go pretty cheap due to low demand. Also check your local Newspaper's classifieds for various seat options being sold, usually two or more in the same AD and pricey. 90% of the time these are employees of the beforementioned custom upholstrey / conversion shops that buy low from the manager and sell high to us. They very often have multiple takeouts from their buyers that are much cheaper but often in good shape.

For the door latch, I'd try collision repair shops first, then your local salvage yard. Your model sold ~1,000,000 units, so there has to be mega used parts scattered around.
PS - Look for '88 to '94 models of both GMC and Chevy as they all have the same latch.
