But carbutated, no choke, and not plugged in.
No starter fluid.

Possible, but not likely.

I've seen several fuel injected vehicles not start today, and 1 was even plugged in

What do you mean by no choke,did you disable the choke that came on your truck,where do you live you make it sound like -10 is a big deal where I live people expect their vehicles to start at that temp

I think I see your problem,unable to translate data,why would you be concerned with average temp I wasnt talking about average temp I was talking about how cold its got here before,and funny you didnt answer the question about your choke

Sorry I believe the chart more than I believe you. Show me a news article with -28 degree temps to prove it.

Chokes don't always work on older cars, and my carb linkage must be bent a little, since even with a new mechanism it still doesn't close

I'm not spending the roughly $500.00 canadian that they want for a rebuilt carb here when that's all that's wrong with mine.
