92 master no heat out vents!!!!!!!!!

help i got a 92 roadmaster thats blowing warm heat out of the floor only.
the defrost for the windshield and the dash vents will blow no air at all. it has the electronic instrument panel and you can control the positions on the panel with no problem but its like a trap door or something is just stuck closed is what i'm guessing. has anyone had this problem?????

i believe that the trap door is controlled buy a solenoid on the drivers side under the dash, when you flip the switch from floor to defrost you can watch the solenoid open and close if it's working properly. if you look just behind you ashtray the solenoid should be visible haha

On my 91 it's on the passenger side of the ash tray..
It's hard to get to but I cut a hole in the dash to get to it but with the dash trim on you can't see the hole.. I took it off and took it apart and used contact cleaner to clean it good and put it back in and it works fine... I went to the dealers parts department and looked at one so i would know what I was looking for...
