Selling a 98 GST that has been my reliable daily driver for over 2 years now. It has 121k miles on the chasis. The motor is freshly rebuilt by Norpa Machines with new pistons, rings, rods, bearings, crank, oil pump & water pump. It has less than 3k miles on it. The head was also rebuilt with new cams, valve seals, valves, etc. I have all reciepts of work! The oil has been changed regulary with 10W-30 non synthetic mobil 1 motor oil. The car has been maintained real well and also has a new radiator, new Khumo Ecsta ASX front tires, brakes, rotors, pasanger side axle, belts, hoses, water lines, new oem rear motor mount with prothane insert. The clutch is oem but it only has about 4k miles on it.

Thanks. I originally had the asking price at $7900 but i got a few phone calls, but no one came down to take a look at the car. So i thought maybe in there eyes i was asking too much. The only reason im rushing to sell it is because college starts in less than 2 weeks and i dont have the complete $$$ i need to start my next semester. Sad but true, i wouldnt be selling my car if i did have the $$$.

Oh believe me bro, it is very very hard on me. Yes i have put alot of time, money, blood, sweat in this car. The result is an outstanding running upgraded GST. 300+ WHP at the dyno, reliable 26 MPG Daily driver. Unfortuantely in out lifetime, there are many circumstances that put us in situations like these. I just hope whoever the next owner of this car is, takes care of her like I did and treats her good.

If I had the money, I would buy it and turn my Talon into a full blown race car. hehe...

car is still for sale..but it should sell pretty quickly since its also on autotrader..$7200 OBO takes an Excellent running 300+WHP DSM..

Oh yeah, definitly, the turbo spoiler makes it a totally different car. I love it, had to pay $137 shipped for it, but Im still happy with it! All I need now is some stock side skirts, then I will be looking good, lol.

God damn. Another good deal on a turbo DSM and its on other side of the US. I wish some one would sell a car with those mods around here. I am still looking for a turbo DSM around Nevada :). Maybe two more months of looking and I will buy a CBR600 or Yamaha R1.

I felt the same way when i was looking for a DSM. However, i decided to settle for a bone stock one since i couldnt find one with the basic mods done. Then 2 years later, here I am 300+ WHP. The sad part is sometimes you have to let things go that are only wants..not needs. And i damn sure need money for college as the clock keeps ticking!

I can't get a loan.. I'm 19 with no credit and I'm at school which means I don't have a steady job with which to repay it.

Hey, no clutch problems. I think that 300 WHP is about all the oem can handle. But i do recommend anyone looking for more power in the future go with an upgraded clutch. Less stress on it. :tongue:

Alright guys more than likely the car will be gone within a week or so. I have a couple of people who are going to come down to take a look at it. Sorry to hear about your accident, that sucks real bad. The car is still for sale at this point. if you are planning to come down, let me know ahead of time because i have about 4 serious buyers and 8 more that are interested who could show up any day or minute. Dont want you to drive all the way down and have the car be sold. Ill let you know by this evening if i can take paypal so you could pay the 1000 ahead of time (as a deposit) and reserve the car. Well talk to your parents and see what happens. As of right now im accepting all offers, but if someone puts a deposit for the car, the sale will be pending.

Update: The car is sold. Thanks to all that had interest in my car. She is now in the hands of a good DSM'er. The shop that will build the car will be extreme motorsports..planning to get a good race setup with over 550 WHP.
