97 thunderbird starter removal

what is the best way to remove the starter motor #4.6 engine on 97 thunderbird

remove the wires and bolts hahaha!

Not much fun. Can't even see or feel the top bolt. Sometimes you have to get it from the front of the engine with either a long or several extensions.
