yea so i dont really know where to post this problem so I figured i'd just post it in general. I just purchased this head unit

and of course me being the retard a am, neglected to check if it was skip resistant (which it's not!!!) Of course i cant return it now since it's already been installed so i was wondering if anyone has any tips on how i can keep it from skipping so much.
