I have a 2000 integra. I want to change the guage color from white to red or blue.. Does my guage have actual bulbs in it that I can just change out for LEDs?

just remove the guage cluster and change the bulbs

just go to ur local autopart store like autozone and purchase red bulb i believe its 194 size. i try the LED bulb before and they didnt come out as nice as the regular color bulbs. with the LED, some part of the dash is redder then other part. the regular bulbs give u an even display of luminted light. just from my own experience. i have pic of it but i dunno how to upload it.
