Bad front springs ?

Springs way too weak in the front. Changed the shocks and front end teering parts seem to be tight. Noticed wear on the inside of the tire and under the wheel wells. Hard right and hard left turns seem to be eating up the tires. Has anyone tried to change out those front springs? Instructions please.
