where is the governor on a 94 Buick roadmaster will it run if i take it off. and if i take it off how fast will it go it goes 110mph right now its got a LT1

108MPH is the limiter on a stock buick Roadmaster due to the speed rating on the tires. with tuning and properly speed rated tires you could prolly get the car up to 140mph before it ran outta steam. However with stock suspension I don't know how the ride would be going that fast.
