Remote car starter questions

I am in the process of installing a 2 way starter and find the instructions ncomplete. I have found all the wires needed on my vehicle and am puzzled at the use of relays for the second ignition and accessory wires.
Also on the first ignition wire, the diagrams supplied show it going from the ignition switch to the relay but nowhere from there and then out to the starter disable on the starter module. Is it just tapped in or what?
On the second ignition and second accessory wire what are the connections? I need specifics as I don't want to blow the ECM.

I installed a remote starter from bull dog a couple of years ago I had to go to the web site to get better instuction. Follow them to a t I also had a couple of wires it told to not use. It worked great I have since sold the car but took out the remote starter to put in my Sebring.

Thanks Indy, but the issue is that the instructions are incomplete from the manufacturer. You have to guess at what they actually mean as the diagrams don't tell the whole story. I know quite a bit about electronics but their use of relays for this system is a bit different. I need gun-shot clear info as I don't want to blow my ECM. What's your knowledge of the second ignition and acc wires in relation to the relays?
