My '95 Silverado came with an ETR AM-FM Stereo Audio Cassette ATC System with no remote cd player. So I found a used remote Delco cd player out of a wrecked truck for $200 (dealer wanted $863 new),then, bought the jumper 9-pin wire harness from the dealer to hook the cd player into the back of my factory Delco cassette/radio.

The cd player will only play about 1 out of every 20 to 30 cds, and not even the same one each time.... when I do get it to play.

Most times I just get an Err message on the factory unit display, then it spits out the cd.

I e-mailed Speed-O-Tach at sotelectronics.com, and am waiting on a reply but I expect them to want me to send them the unit.

Can anyone help?
