i've already made a post about my tranny. the problem.....has trouble going into gear, then once in gear, has trouble going into 2nd, if at all. oil has browned. and i did a tranny flush and filter about 15000km ago.

now it goes into gear while making quite the whinning sound. revs at about 4000rpm before going into second(and i'm not pushing hard on the gas).

then when i slow down to stop, the revs drop to about 200 rpm. then takes a could seconds to return to idle.

on the last post, i was told it was the clutch plate and seal(wasn't specified on the seal).

i gave a 94 grand cherokee 4.0L I6 with a little over 300,000km. auto tranny.

any diagnosis would be appreciated with remedies/solutions to the problem. tranny shops just keep telling me i need a full rebuild....i just think they want money.........

turns out i'm just gonna rebuild the tranny, i've already done about $2000 into it so might as well keep it
