Starting problem when hot.

I have a problem with my late 1992 dodge 250 van w/tpi. It has 110,000 miles. I have had almost all of the engine electronics changed. My van has only let me down two times, both times in extremely hot weather. Both times after I stopped and filled the tank. Naturally it happens in a service station line so I have to push it out. The engine trys to start but acts like it's out of fuel. It restarts after 10 minutes and then runs fine. It may not do this again for 10,00 miles or so. It does post a code 52 shortly before or after this happens but it doesn't seem to affect the driving or milage. The code goes out when I disconnect the battery and doesn't come back on. Any ideas?
