signal flasher location 95 monte , and heater fan only runs on high 2000 monte SS

Thought I might be able to kill two birds with one stone , does anyone know where the location of the signal flasher is I've found the four way but can't find the other , question two my wife's monte the 2000 which I drive very little the heater fan runs only on the high speed # 5 any help would be great thanks in advance .

Heater fan on high only is a burnt out resistor, famous on GM's, not sure of the location on my safari it was up under dash on passenger's side

Thanks was this resistor a solder in type and about how large are they .

yea it is a resistor i had the same thing happen to my 00 SS its called the Bmd or somethin like that i cant remember the exact name its not the heater motor so dont panic cause i did when mine went 5hrs after i got the car ahahah i wasnt a happy camper but its a relatively quick fix

00mcss do you know where this resistor is located , is it dealer part or can it be bought at any local auto parts store thanks to both of you that replyed to my post .

i think the dealer has to do it they did mine for me twice so i would suggest that if u have a warranty to get it done there just my suggestion hope that helped
