MT dksob81 12-01-2005, 07:14 AM On the 5.2L Engine the CPS is on the passengerside engine block behind the right cylinder head. You will need to remove the CPS from the top of the engine (can't get to it from under the jeep. There are 2 bolts to the CPS (I believe they are 8mm-10mm don't quote me, can't remember exactly). -Remove the plug wire on the passenger side and mark them for each cylinder, -Remove the passengerside exhaust manifold heatshield and remove the EGR Exhaust tube from the exhaust manifold and from the intake manifold. -now feel down behind the cylinder head for the CPS, it's down about a foot maybe a lil more. Once you feel it it will make it easier to get to to remove. -using a series of extensions and the appropriate socket remove the 2 bolts from the CPS and pull it out. I know this seems like alot of work but it isn't really to bad, my forearms are pretty big and I got my arms down in there. cndoliver 12-01-2005, 05:27 PM OK I finally got it out and changed with a 1/2 socket and 1/4 allen wrench Thanks for the help vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
