Ive never been under the hood of a roadmaster, but if its anything like my 92 Park Avenue, it's a PITA getting those hoses disconnected from the heater core!
Mine are clamped on from the factory, and to actually reach them and get them off (they are in a veeeeeeeery low, tight space) I had to buy a really long set of needle nosed pliers, and even then it took me forever to get them off! Hopefully it'll be easier for you, since the Roadmaster has a larger engine bay, and a "correctly" mounted engine!

That is one of the best features about these cars. Fairly easy to work on and maintain. "A car for the backyard mechanic!"
