1984 ford f150 vibration and soft clutch pedalnarmer2000 11-27-2005, 02:15 PM I recently purchased a 1984 F150 4x4 that has a vibration at 30-55 mph. The clutch pedal also needs to be pushed all the way to the floor to disengage and only returns to about half way back after shifting. Any ideas? Thanks, mike black_jack 11-29-2005, 05:44 PM I recently purchased a 1984 F150 4x4 that has a vibration at 30-55 mph. Thanks, mike Well the first place i would look for the vibration would be a driveshaft or tires (ither out of blance or maybe broken belts) and as for the soft clutch it could be ither ur cutch master cyclinder or the slave cyclinder i think i would look at the slave cyclinder first if u don't see any leaks you may want to try and bleed the system make sure when u do that u push the pushrod the whole way back into the slave cyclinder to get all the fuild and air out TJ vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
