Didnt want to thread jack RicR-Wanna-Bs thread so pep this.......after recording there races I got a little anxious....I wanted to run somebody too dang.......luckly for me after their runs I ran in to a 99 silver GST......I held it at 3000rpms in third and then he punches it so do I.....too bad for him it had to be my third.....at the end of third going in to fourth I was about a car in front then 4000rpm in fourth I was about two to three cars in front he gave a thumbs up and went in to a gas station....then when I was heading home I ran in to these two guys in a 96 silver rs camaro with the rs body kit......I notice the camaro style head lights behind me so I go slower than dirt hoping they would go on side off me and they did..........falling in my trap they speed up on side of me and start to pump the gas on me......so I do the same but they could hear my BOV.....then they asked me if its hot...I say not really its stalk......they then ask me if its auto....I say no its stick....they then say take off let me see....so I punch it in first and second.....then I have to make a turn......I thought they would go straight but they follow me......seeing what they are trying to do I hold it in second and wait till they get next to me.......without waiting to line up they mash right past me but as soon as they did I hit it....they were a car ahead but at the end of my second going into third I pulled them like they were standing still.........they then pull up next to me and say..that shit is f...in bad dude...I say thanks....we end up at another light and the dudes say want to go again I say sure go ahead Ill give you a head start......the lights turn and he takes off....a car in a half later I then smash first and then second I caught up to him and at the end of second to third I was a car and a half in front of him..........I know they werent very respectable kills besides the gst but they were cool and it was fun.....

when u say mash the throttle, u make it seem so simple. like u just floor it and take off. how exactly do u launch? what rpm and how much do u actually feather it. i heard this car just spins through 1st and 2nd. most ppl only get low 14s when they take it to the track. btw what is it like to have a 2900 lb car with 250wtq at 2200 rpm.

feels good and torquey.....but has a lot of room to get higher numbers if you know what im saying.......

actually the GST is better in a roll than the GSX, but from a dig the GSX hands down.....

I'm more into drag racing, as California is not the ideal place to race anyone from a roll.

I also must though that the GS-T's are alot cheaper in the paper then the GSX, so for bang for the buck, you do get alot more for your money with the GS-T. I just wouldn't want one knowing that for a couple thousand more I could get a GSX and actually have traction :D
