94 Jimmy 4x4 Issue

I replaced the rear this past summer and now noticing that the 4x4 is not engaging. The 4x4 switch lights up and you can hear a click, but 4WD is not engaging.

What could be the problem(s)?

Or the vac actuator under the battery or the transfercase vac switch
