I need to find an amplifier for the right front door of a 92 Park Ave with the Concert Sound System. Apparently each door has its own amplifier and the right door has gone out in my dad's car. Anyone know where I might be able to find this part?

Size 4? you got my attention! ...are we talking about speakers here?? if so and its a (UW6) concert sound 2 speaker you can get them for 25 buks @ Bbautoparts.com, they ship too! You have a parts identification label in your trunk some where, possibly on you spare tire cover, look for uw6, uq8 or uq4 (uq4 is Bose), and this will tell you which speaker system you have, an OEM # is even better which is normally on the speaker itself! Well, hope this helps! :icon16:

Thanks for the information. What my father needs though is the speaker amplifier for the right front door. He says that each set of speakers has its own amplifier and apparently they aren't made any more. I have not been able to find them used or a part number either.

The amplifier is built into the radio. If you remover the door trim and expose the concert sound II speaker housing, all that you'll see is the mid range speaker and tweater. That's all that is there in my CS II setup. either your connector came loose or the speaker's just blown out.

Only the Bose systems have the amps in the speakers.

Yes, to correct my previous post I myself have found out there are amps in with the speakers, but only bose systems, concert sound 2 has no amp on speakers. I'm sorry for the error! :)

one more thing - before you get that speaker replaced make sure you know for sure whether its a Bose or Concert Sound, they are not compatible with each other! :)
