2000 PA oil pan removal

Our 2000 PA drips oil at the rate of 300 mi/quart; when under the car all of the oil pan bolts have oil hanging from them; with the engine running, you can see oil bubbles coming from between the block and the cast aluminum oil pan. I already have the proper sealant to smear on the windage tray/gasket.

This pan also doubles as a mounting point for two lower arms of the right engine mount (unlike our 97 PA). The 2000 GM service manual makes no mention of the mount, supporting the engine, or if the pan will clear the mount when unbolted. Has anyone had experience in R&R one of these cast aluminum pans?
