hi i'm not the one who wrote that crap but i liked your response hope you can help me i have a 92 f150 when i'm driving along it just dies and i wait about a minute and it starts i've done everything plugs fuel filters checked pressure on injector line i'm at wits end and about to go nuts can you give me any suggestions i would appreciate it.dave868612@yahoo.com thanks for your time


Have you checked the ignition module? Ford was bad about heat killing the. Yours is either mouted on the distributor or on the drivers side fender well.

check the connector at the ignition coil they tend to corrode and break the wire at the terminal. Modules on the distributor tend to get cooked but the fender mounted ones usually dont have a problem. If you can duplicate the problem take a test light and check the neg side of coil. It should flash if the ign systen is working right during crank.
