Mark VIII Aluminum Driveshaft Upgrade

I'm getting a new tranny in my 95 V8 Bird, but I found this VERY popular driveshaft and was looking to upgrade while the trans was out. However, the only issue I can think of is balance as that could cause a vibration at high speeds(rotating mass like my tires), but the drive shaft was balanced at the factory before it was originally installed in the Mark but I don't think it will present a problem. Other than that, I think it should be a direct bolt up to my car with no modifications needed.
Could either the balance or the bolt up present a problem? The drive shaft is the one piece aluminum one from the 93 Mark. The 93 one is special buecause it was the only year that the one piece one was made, after 93 they are a tube in a tube design, prone to vibrations.
