Heater blower won't run in 97 cavalier

My heater blower quit running. I have tested the blower with a hot lead from the battery and the fan runs, so it appears the fan is ok. I have changed the blower speed switch in the contol panel in the dash and also replaced the blower resistor behind the fan and the fan still doesn't run. Any ideas?

One other thing, neither the A/C or rear defroster switches work in the control panel. They quit working about the same time as the blower quit. Could they be related?
