Ummm - The badge on the trunk??? <grin>

OK, the DX is the lowest trim/equipment, the LX the next (and the most popular) and the EX the top. I thing the SE fits between the LX and EX. I don't know what an LX-E is.

The main difference is, as I said, the trim and equipment. But, for example, the EX might be slightly higher HP than the DX/LW (due to a different header.).

Having said all that I have NO idea how the Accord & Civic were marketed (and labeled) in Canada.

Actually the Accord EX Engine has a different head. That is what makes it more powerful. It has 15 more HP and 8 more ft. lbs. of torque. Also it is V TEC. In Canada I think the EX-R is the top notch model just like the EX is here in the U.S. Honda Accords are great cars. My favorite are the 5th generation 94-97 Accords.

This much I know: The EX models have a sunroof; they also have the alloy wheels. Those features are visible from the outside. I don't know about interior features of the EX.

I've got a 91 Accord LX with 231K miles on it. I just put about 7300 miles on it between the last two oil changes, which is a lot more miles than I normally go between oil changes. Even with that many miles between changes, I did not need to add oil between changes.
