91 Bonnie turn signal switch broke any help to replace this would be good

Wife broke switch on the colum need to know on how to replace this switch.

Did she break the lever off, or make it so it just flops inside the column like it's not really connected to anything, or does the switch not do anything when moved? The turn signal lever attaches to the wiper switch pivot assembly which is what breaks if the lever is just flopping. The actual turn signal switch is the cancelling mechanism and wiring, and isn't directly attached to the lever. Replacing either requires the steering wheel to be removed and the column cover taken off.

sounds like she broke the end of the lever off where it engages the switch. teh Delco part numbers are as follows:
w/cruise and delay wipers-25110866
w/o cruise, with delay wipers-22510733

I have the same problem with a 88 Bonneville. Will these part #s work for it.
