Is there a way to bring the back windows fully down?

I have a 95 Mazda 626 and I would like to know is there anyway possible to bring the back 2 windows fully down instead of halfway? In hardware fixes or anything of that sort, if there are any ideas or suggestions, pelase tell me.

sorry, if you did make them go all the way down, your door would still stop them.
