Ok Just need a little advice. I just bought a 93 blazer with 63k miles. After it sits for a while you have to crank forever to get it started. Also the idle is a little rough and the exhaust smells terrible. Anyway, I pulled out the IMTV valve on the top of the intake and it smellls like gas something fierce in there. I figure that the CPI has taken a sh** and needs to be replaced. Looks also like it is gold on one side and black on the other. Am I on the right track here?
Thanks

yip, CPI injector, nut kit, and the upper plenum will have to be replaced.

don't drive it like this or you will be destroying your engine. That fuel goes into the oil and thins it out which will destroy your bearings.
