Are these safe at 80 mph?

I hit 80 today, at 5,000 rpm's.... I have to wonder if my engine is going to blow if I sustain that speed for a cross state trip?

Somebody else sugggested the engine is the least of my worries at that speed in a tracker. lol

Yeah, the engine is the least of your worries. Realistically you don't save very much time, and waste more fuel at higher speeds. Your engine is happiest at 3.5K to 4.5K RPM. My advice is to take the top down, go slower and smell the roses, etc. along the way.
