I had the same problem with my 92 voyager / plymouth..
it's probably a resistor that needs to be replaced on the blower motor?? Does anyone know where to find the resistor unit so I can replace it...
I have two sources for older van .. one says it's behind the glove compartment and another says it's under the hood along the firewall...
any help would be greatly appreciated ..
thanks terry

It's the blower resistor , hopefully it didn't melt the connector too. it's on the firewall under the hood on passenger side under the wiper cowel .
