I was looking up some numbers because by friend with a Boneville SE wants to race for fun sometime. I looked it up on one of the most reliable sites I've found, and it says the 1998 Boneville SE can run the quarter in 15.5! That seems kind of ridiculous seeing as it has the same engine as mine pretty much (Just has 5 more hp and torque becuase of the lack of a U-bend in the exhaust), and my car is a little bit lighter. Could that maybe be a typo? I'm still gonna race him anyway for fun, but it just seemed wierd...

BTW, both cars are stock and mine is a 99.

you should beat him, your car is lighter and has the 3.29:1 final ratio trans, where most of non-s/c Bonne's had the 3.08:1 ratio

No...car is lighter and theirs is a 4door whihc makes it even heavier

Assuming both are tuned up and stock it would be close, you would have him by a several feet in the 1/4.
