how to get to heater fan on '95

I know the blower moter for the ac/heater is under the dash, but where, and what needs removed to get to it? It looks like it would be directly in the middle of the dash but theres so many things in the way I cant tell for sure. Does the center console have to come out?

Real easy, It is located up under the pass kick panel on right side!!
