dome light don't work

the dome lights don't work and I checked all the fuses under the hood and under the drivers seat. The owners manual is net clear as to where the fuse is. Can anyone tell me if there is an in-line fuse or what position the fuse is located in at the fuse box please?

On my 2004 there is a button below the headlight switch and to the left of the dash light dimmer that shuts them off. Any chance that got tapped?
