I have a 1995 Blazer LT with the exact same problems. My power drivers seat doesnt work at all, The power mirrors dont work at all, and my rear windowwiper arm will buzz, with a little help it will work, but most of the time it will just buzz. All the windows work great though... Have you figured out how to get these power options to work yet? can anyone help?

i had a the same problem with my blazer and after changing a few parts i found that under the drivers side carpet there is a wireing harness and that powers the seat and the back window. i had found that my wires were all green from corrosion and found that most of the functions worked after i fixed that...good luck

About 2 years ago i was having a problem with the Power accessories/keyless entry not working, including the seat. The Fuse would get ultra hot when it was in. Once the fuse cool down id put it in and get power seats and keyless entry for about 1 minute, than nothing. So i started by checking the power seat (on my 97 only the drivers). Went underneath and pulled the controller out and there it was. A frayed wire was grounding on the seat causing my fuse blow issue. Patched up the wires (GM wanted around $30-50 cant remember for the wiring harness, so i just did a thorough wire repair) and i saved the hair on my head. So if anyone is experience this or any other problem related with a fuse blow out issue, thats a good place start. So this may confirm some of the other peoples fixes, where as theirs was corrosion mine was a fray issue.
