my 89 accord has issues every time i turn on my high beams one heah light starts closing and opening non stop and when its doing that the right signle light on the dash comes on and stays on

iwasnt in an accident i replaced the transmission and installed a stereo
but before that it was fine

its something electrical, since you replaced a transmission, btw auto or manual? plus you installed a radio, which is electrical, which could cause this
