Does any body out there have any clue how to stop the two front doors from leaking? Both doors do sag, however i know a couple other people who have s-10 / blazers, doors sag but dont leak, are mine worse? This frustrates me so much! i have glued my wheather stripping back into place as well. I am also sure that my windows are not leaking it is the doors.
Thank You for any insight

Someone I work with said that the weatherstrip fails but you can take some small rubber tubing and slide it up into the strip to "fill it back out" and it will not leak anymore. I need to do this myself but have not yet. He did it on his 98 Sonoma and said it stopped the leak. My 97 S-10 did it, my brothers 98 Blazer did it, and my 2000 Blazer does it. Chevy should have nipped this problem in the bud a while back.

Anyway. Try the rubber tubing idea. I will too.

My friend, it's time to replace your door hinge pins and Bushings. My 98 was leaking at the top of the door in rain storms, I bought a hinge pin kit from ebay and put in the new pins, now it's like brand new. The sooner you change them out, the better. Follow the link below.

I have the same problem on the driver's side door of my Bravada. I also thought it was the weather stripping. I re-glued the stripping back on but it still leaks. I have to keep a towel in there now as when it rains because the water runs in at the top front corner and drips right into the power window buttons. It sounds like new door hinge pins is what I will need too.
