99 blazer, not shifting to 2wd

when the problem started, the transfercase was working properly in 4 wd hi and low and when i pressed the 2 wd button, nothing happened, no click inside or outside. i checked the fuses...ok. I installed a brand new electronic shift motor, and after that, when i press 4wd low it went 4wd low, when i press 2wd nothing happened but when i press 4 wd hi, it shift to 2wd, now no 4wd hi. Next i reseted the tccm, it whent back like when the problem started, no 2wd. i played with the 2 wd switch, and now when i press 2wd, i hear a few clic,clic inside the vehicule, but nothing happend outside, and i still can't put-it in 2wd. Any ideas???

Itried to check the codes with my actron OBDII, Found no code.
On the second buletin you sended me, it mentionned of 12 pins plug, there is 16 pins in the plug on 99 blazer, Should-I trie to check the codes whith the method mentonned in first buletin, jumping pin 13 to ground... is-it safe on this truck
