Speed related? or RPM related? Denis funkadelic1022 10-20-2005, 07:45 PM I have a 1999 Taurus that does the same thing. To me it sounds like something is shaking the stearing column. dmatteson 10-20-2005, 09:42 PM IT IS MORE LIKE A RATTLING SUCKING NOISE, IF YOU CAN IMAGINE THAT, I HAVE NO IDEA, HAVE CHECKED FOR VAC LEAKS AND CANT SEEM TO FIND ANY. IT DOES NOT SHAKE THE STEERING. AND AS TO SPEED OR rpm ALL iI KNOW IS WHEN I SPEED UP IT DOES IT AND SLOW DOWN THE NOISE SLOWS DOW DOES NOT DO IT WHEN IDLING fragmore 10-22-2005, 06:04 PM Check your ps fluid level. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
