Find a local owner-operated automotive machine shop to do your block machining and boring. Buy the pistons and rings and bearings from him. This is best way to prevent problems when you go to oversize pistons and/or undersize bearings. He should also insure that the surface finish on the cylinder walls is correct for the type of piston rings he sells to you.
As for cam, lifters, heads and accessories, buy them wherever you get a deal.

I agree with letting your machine shop selecting your piston, rings and gearings. But if you really need to save money and you have the time. I would strip the motor down and take it to the machine shop to first see what the bore should be to maximize your performance. Getting the spec's from them go on line and order the parts with the spec's from your machinist. You can even ask them what they would recommend. This could save you a few hundred. I did that when I rebuilt my sons "77" Nova with a 350CI LT1 Motor. We went 35 thousand over, shorten the stroke, and installed a Crowler roller Cam in. This was nice.
