It is not hard I have put 3 of them on my 92 SSE. The hardest part is in order to remove water pump bolts you have to pull the Engine mount in front of the water pump. Remove bolt and the carefully jack up the engine using a piece of wood to support the oil pan. Jack it up just enough to remove water pump bolts clean old gasket off and replace with new gasket and water pump. The last one took me about 25 minutes. My Bonnie has 250,000 miles on her.

The first time you do it, the motor mount bolts are rusted in and it's a pain in the butt. IF you don't loosen the strut brace, you can't get the motor high enough to clear the engine bracket from the frame mount so it's out of your way. Also, without taking the engine bracket off the motor, you can't get the pulley off the water pump.
