I've noticed the steering doesn't feel as tight as it once did and seems to be a bit looser. To remedy this should I tighten up the sway bar and other suspension bolts?

How about your ball joints, upper and lowers. Tierod ends, inner and outer's. When were these last replaced on your truck? Do you grease all 11 zirks regularly? Our trucks can eat ball joints for lunch if not maintained correctly. I grease my truck every 1500K-2000K miles with out fail...Steering rag joint could also be worn out?

Yeah, i would imagine most of that is just general wear over time. mine is the same way.

Honestly, no clue. I need to lube everything up and tighten it up... recently bought the vehicle from a dealer.

Ok, go and put a jack under your front driver side frame section and jack the tire up off of the grond.

Grasp the tire in the 3 and 9 oclock positions and push with you left and pull with your right and viseversa back and forth and look for play.

Do this for the passenger side when the driver's side is back on the ground. Check for play.

Chances are your will have worn out inner tierod ends and your idler and pitman arms will be bad and need replacing.

To check the bearing and balljoints. Grasp at 12 and 6 o'clock and do the same thing.

how often should all of these items be replaced? My truck has 200,000 miles and i have no idea when they were done or if they were done.

Have them inspected and make sure you grease all 10-11 fittings every 5000 mile oil change.
