Windstar 2000 SEL. No front hot air.

Hi,
I need some help on my Windstar 2000 SEL.
This morning I tried to turn on the heater. After some time rear air flow became warm, but front air flow was still cold. I've drove for about 30 min. and front air never came hot/warm.

P.S. A week ago I have replaced Idle Air Control (IAC) unit, fuel and air filters. Is it possible that I broke something while doing my repairs?

No i dont think your tuneup affected the heat, more likely than not , the blenddoor motor has quit working, it ts located behind the radio, remove the trim ring around the radio and remove the radio. reattach the ac controls, and using a flash light watch the movement of the blenddoor motor as you adjust the hot to cold back and forth, you should be able to see the shaft turning on the yop of the motor, btw the motor looks like a white square box with a electrical connector comming out the side of it. hope this helps

This is my first time removing that trim around radio, and I don't see any visible hook ups to remove it.
Any tricks that you can share, so I won't damage that trim?
