Bonneville Theft Lock on Bose System

Hey,

I've got a '97 Bonneville and I can not get the radio/CD player to unlock. I've taken it to a few dealerships and they can't seem to unlock it. The display reads "LOC"...Unplugged battery and it still doesn't work.

Any ideas?
