I changed the intake manifold gaskets but dirt got into the engine and the intake ports. Any suggestions on what I should do now? I poured clean oil on the rear bank but forgot the front bank and the crankshaft. I'm planning on changing the oil. But how soon after changing the oil should I change the oil again?
Any suggestions or what else I can do to get the dirt out?

Not too much dirt. I'd have to say maybe a teaspoon's worth at the most.

Ok so how does it run? If you got dirt in the intake, do you mean where the fuel injectors fit? If so, no amount of oil changes in the world will fix that. But to be sure, I would put some "Seafoam" in both the oil and gas. You can find "Seafoam" at AutoZone close to the fuel injector cleaners.

Well I finally put it all together and started it up. Idle's really rough and I get a trouble code of P300 Random Misfire. But I still smell the throttle body cleaner in the exhaust so I'm assuming that the idle and trouble code is a result of the cleaner that's still in the cylinders. I usually get the same trouble code when I use intake cleaner and allow too much fluid to get into the engine.
