clicking noise in front brakes

I have a 2003 cavalier about 2 weeks after I bought it I had problems with it so I took back to the dealer and they replaced the front rotors and the rear struts. But he didn't replace the brake pads when he replaced the rotors. Now when I am going at lower speeds and barely put on the brakes I hear a clicking noise from the front end. I checked the half axles by driving around in circles and I dont hear any clicking. Could it be the brake pads or calipers or what??

I just checked my brake pads today and they still look almost new. What else could it be.

Now it is doing it when I am not hitting the brakes at all, it does it when I drive really slow it sounds like it is coming mostly from the front end I think it is the passengers side. Also, before I got this car I know it had been hit on the front passengers side, but everything that was damaged was fixed. What could it be and if it is the half axles how do you test to see if it is those.

Could be a combination of the pads and rotors. Cavis are infamous for shitty OE pads and rotors.

I had the dealership replace my rotors after a month of having my 04 due to rotor warp and it only took a month and a half to get that nice warped rotor wobble back.

So I went with hawk brake pads and drilled/slotted rotors and have no brake issues at all.
