I have a 99 windstar with 136,000KM on it and going to do an oil change on it soon, I was wondering if I could use Quaker State synthetic Advanced 5W30 or should I just use reg 5W30 oil?

What is your reason for switching over to synthetic? The only reason why I wouldn't do the switch is that "sometimes" engines with higher hours on them tend to drink, leak synthetic oil after having Dino oil all of their life. You could give it a try. I know that in colder weather synthetic helps with starting.
