2002 Winstar radiator draincock

All,

I have 2002 Winstar. Where is the location for radiator draincock? I try to change the collant.

If its the same as my 2000 it's on the driver's side on the bottom back side of the radiator. Look for a white plastic drain plug. Not exactly the best location for a drain.

I managed to locate mine on my 99 where Lewisnc said but it is not clear as to what socket or bit is required. It looks like it might be a torx or hex head. It also looks like it could be a one-way slot head. Most of us use the lower hose to drain.

Just a plain hex key/allen wrench.

Per manual, the radiator drain is located at the lower corner of the radiator. Do I need to remove the bottom plastic cover in order to reach the radiator drain?

No, look at the bottom of the radiator then move up the back side of the driver's side corner of the radiator, it's tucked up there but you'll see it. You might need to jack up that side of the van to get a good look.
