Haze On My WindshieldJRoc615 10-08-2005, 10:55 PM During the day you cant see it. But at night while driving with other cars, & their lights hit it, its very hard to see. I have used hot water several times & several coats of windex. Now I bought this stuff called "Invisible Glass" made by "Stoner". States that it wont haze. Im thinking the haze may be from overspray from when I sprayed my dash with Armor All, which I've heard is crap. What could this haze be? And what might get it off? Could it have came from the Armor All? TheBoneCrusher 10-08-2005, 11:23 PM is the haze forming outside or inside ? JRoc615 10-08-2005, 11:52 PM The inside fredjacksonsan 10-11-2005, 02:45 PM I think your problem is a dirty windshield. A good quality glass cleaner will probably fix the problem. BleedDodge 10-11-2005, 11:20 PM Armor All will do that to glass. fredjacksonsan 10-12-2005, 08:07 AM Armor All will do that to glass. Yep, so will smoke and regular old road dust. Of course, you could always just turn on the defroster, but even that won't work after awhile. blank316 10-12-2005, 07:36 PM use straight ammonia or acetone indyram 10-14-2005, 03:03 AM you may just be left with streaking, try just wiping it down with dry towels and a little pressure JRoc615 10-21-2005, 01:43 AM Sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for all the help. I believe it was due to the Armor All & Stoner's Invisible Glass helped alot. 2000mudder 10-26-2005, 02:40 PM you could also use some 0000 fine steel wool with glass cleaner. just dont use it on mirrors Jake240 11-02-2005, 07:08 PM Newspaper with a good window cleaner works great for me. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
